ServiceNow®’s annual conference Knowledge was a massive event this year. Held in Las Vegas, there was a lot to take in and we soaked up the new innovations, information and events at the conference. We hope you had as much of a good time as we did.
This year marked abhra Inc.’s debut Speaker Session on “How a major wholesale club capitalized on SAM investment in 9 weeks” and we also had an exciting demo for visitors to the abhra booth #555 with a Mixed Reality demo of the latest features of the Madrid release, as well as IT Automation and the CIO dashboard.
Global Partner Ecosystem Summit
The abhra team were present where the new partner structure and highlights of the next release Madrid were presented at the Global Partner Ecosystem Summit.
The abhra team attended the highly informative Key Note session. The abhra booth #555 was setup with the joint effort of all the abhra and UST members. The booth had more than a 100 hits on the first day. Visitors were mesmerized by the 3D MR experience of our capabilities and offerings through the video. Exciting giveaways at the booth delighted visitors.

Day 2 was the day of abhra’s debut Speaker Session on “How a major wholesale club capitalized on SAM investment in 9 weeks”. Our CEO, Kailash Attal, introduced the session on SAM (Software Asset Management) implementation for BJs. Josh Korpi, IT VMO & Asset Manager, BJs spoke about the challenges they faced regarding SAM such as the CIO dashboard, lack of a centralized repository and not much data on usage. He detailed why abhra Inc. was the right partner for them due to a small team with dedicated members for BJs who were already familiar with implementation of various ServiceNow® modules. He mentioned that abhra was solution-driven with a futuristic roadmap and an ability to understand the criticality of the scope. He ended by saying, “Extremely happy as to where we are today!”

The abhra booth had even more visits than Day 1. Various clients visited the booth and the interaction shot up primarily after the highly informative interactive SAM session by Karthik and Josh. The booth traffic was slightly higher than normal post the session with queries flowing in about SAM. The day ended with a client dinner sponsored by UST where all our major existing clients joined us for an informal get-together.
We saw booth visits from various existing ServiceNow® partners who have felt the presence of abhra in the ServiceNow® sector. Exciting gifts were given to the raffle winners. Wrapping up of the booth as a team took place as a collective endeavor that highlighted the team effort of all the members including the Managing Partners.
